This Refund Policy is designed to maintain fairness and protect both customers and the company. It establishes a transparent procedure for handling refund requests, ensuring that our operations remain sustainable while maintaining client satisfaction. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy.
2. Coverage and Applicability
This policy applies to all paid services provided by TrustedHosting.in, including but not limited to shared hosting, reseller and alpha reseller hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, WHMCS licenses, and managed cybersecurity solutions. The terms stated here are applicable to all purchases made directly from our website or through any official sales partner.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible shared and reseller hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with the performance or features within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund for the hosting fee. This guarantee applies only to first-time hosting orders and excludes renewal payments, upgrades, and promotional bundles.
4. Services Not Covered Under Refund
The following services and products are strictly non-refundable due to third-party costs, resource allocation, and licensing restrictions:
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees.
- Dedicated servers, VPS, or Alpha Reseller setups after provisioning.
- Software licenses such as WHMCS, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, or cPanel.
- SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, and other add-ons.
- Custom website design, development, or consulting services.
- Promotional or discounted plans using coupons or free domain bundles, Lifetime hosting & reseller hosting plans.
5. Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial activation date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstance. The 30-day timeline ensures fair usage and compliance with our infrastructure cost commitments.
6. Procedure to Request Refund
Customers seeking a refund must submit a written request through the official Client Area under the Billing Department. The request should include:
- Registered email address and invoice number.
- Associated domain or service name.
- A clear and valid reason for refund.
All requests are reviewed manually by our billing team, and a confirmation or clarification will be provided within 3–5 business days.
7. Refund Approval and Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or card provider. TrustedHosting.in will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
8. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are considered valid only when all the following conditions are met:
- The account is in good standing with no policy violations.
- The refund request is raised within the valid refund window.
- The service does not include promotional or bundled offers.
- No previous refund has been claimed under the same customer account.
- The request is made from the registered contact email for verification.
9. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be processed under any of the following conditions:
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violation.
- Failure or misconfiguration caused by third-party scripts or code.
- Abuse reports, blacklisting, or IP blocks due to spamming or malware.
- Delays caused by DNS propagation, local system issues, or user negligence.
- Partial usage of service beyond the refund period.
- Requests for renewal refunds after automated billing.
10. Data Deletion After Refund
When a refund is approved, the associated service is permanently canceled, and all data, files, and backups are automatically deleted. Customers must ensure they have downloaded all essential data prior to refund approval, as data restoration after cancellation is not possible.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute related to a refund decision, the customer may escalate the issue to our Billing Manager through the official escalation form. We will conduct a detailed review within 7 business days and communicate the final resolution in writing. Our decision will be based on billing records, usage logs, and the original service agreement.
12. Payment Method and Deductions
Refunds are always processed through the original mode of payment. In some cases, payment gateway fees or currency conversion charges may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are controlled by third-party payment processors and cannot be waived or reimbursed by TrustedHosting.in.
13. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims
Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute raised without contacting our billing department first will be treated as fraudulent. Such accounts will be permanently terminated, and relevant details will be submitted to payment processors and legal authorities for record and investigation.
14. Renewal and Upgrade Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for renewal payments, plan upgrades, or addon purchases once processed. Customers are encouraged to review their renewal notices carefully and manage renewals from the client portal prior to the due date.
15. Downtime and SLA Credits
We maintain a 99.9% uptime commitment across our hosting infrastructure. In case of a verified downtime event that breaches our SLA, customers may request a service credit rather than a cash refund. Credits are applied to future invoices and are non-transferable.
16. Refunds for Reseller Accounts
Reseller accounts are eligible for refunds only at the master reseller level. Sub-accounts created under reseller plans are managed independently by the reseller, and TrustedHosting.in will not process refunds directly for sub-users or downstream clients.
17. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds typically take between 7–30 business days to reflect, depending on the payment gateway and processing institution. International payments may take slightly longer due to intermediary bank timelines and compliance checks.
18. Refunds in Case of Technical Failure
Refunds related to server failure or service unavailability will only be issued after a thorough investigation confirming that the issue was on TrustedHosting.in’s end and not due to client-side misconfiguration or abuse. Reports from third-party uptime monitoring tools are not accepted as proof.
19. Currency and Exchange Rate Variations
All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR). International users may experience minor differences due to foreign exchange fluctuations or conversion fees applied by their respective banks or payment platforms.
20. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and MSME operational standards under Indian law. TrustedHosting.in reserves the right to update these terms to comply with new regulatory or financial requirements.
21. Confidentiality
All refund-related communications and documentation are treated as confidential business information. TrustedHosting.in will not disclose refund details or customer data to any third party except as required by law or financial regulators.
22. Communication Channels
Refund and billing-related communication will be handled exclusively through the official Client Area. We do not process refund requests submitted via WhatsApp, social media, or unofficial channels for security and verification reasons.
23. Force Majeure
TrustedHosting.in is not responsible for refund delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, data center outages, or acts of government beyond our control.
24. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to refund or billing shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service during the preceding billing cycle. Under no circumstance shall TrustedHosting.in be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from refund disputes.
25. Policy Updates and Revisions
TrustedHosting.in reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. All disputes must first undergo an internal resolution process before any legal action is initiated.

28. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are strictly not permitted under the following non-refundable circumstances. These conditions are in place to maintain transparency, operational fairness, and contractual integrity with our datacenter vendors, software licensors, and payment partners. Each clause below reflects real costs and resource allocations that become permanent once a service is provisioned or activated. By continuing to use our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms as legally binding under this Refund Policy and our primary Terms of Service.
1. If you have claimed a Dedicated IP Address:
Dedicated IP addresses are unique network resources provisioned exclusively for a client’s use. Once assigned, they are registered at the upstream provider level and cannot be reused or refunded. Because this allocation triggers a non-reversible charge with our datacenter and upstream carrier partners, any account that has claimed or used a dedicated IP address automatically becomes ineligible for a refund
2. If you have activated or claimed a Free WHMCS License:
Plans that include a complimentary or subsidized WHMCS license are tied to a monthly vendor-based billing commitment. Once activated, TrustedHosting.in is charged by WHMCS for the issued license key. As vendor fees are non-refundable, any hosting account that has used or activated the included WHMCS license immediately loses refund eligibility. This clause protects the company from external licensing expenses that cannot be reversed once a license has been issued. Please note that we do not provide verified or directly licensed WHMCS keys; the complimentary license is issued under a vendor distribution agreement and intended solely for use within the associated hosting plan.
3. If you have used any Promocode, Discount, or Coupon during checkout:
Orders completed with promotional coupons, discount vouchers, or campaign-specific pricing are considered final and non-refundable. These offers represent time-limited marketing campaigns with reduced pricing structures, and refunding such purchases would compromise the integrity of those programs. Customers who take advantage of discounted pricing acknowledge that the transaction is final and waive any right to a monetary refund.
4. If your plan includes a Free Domain or promotional add-on:
Some hosting plans include free or subsidized add-ons such as domain registrations, SSL certificates, CDN credits, or premium email accounts. Once a domain or add-on is activated, the registration cost is permanently paid to the respective third-party registrar or licensing partner. Because these transactions cannot be canceled or refunded by those external vendors, any plan containing a free or promotional component is deemed non-refundable after activation. The client, however, retains full ownership of the registered domain until its expiry date.
5. If your account has violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy:
TrustedHosting.in maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward abuse, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any form of illegal activity. Accounts found engaging in prohibited actions or violating our Terms of Service immediately forfeit all refund rights, regardless of remaining service duration. Refunds will not be processed for accounts suspended or terminated due to breaches of law, excessive resource usage, or reputational harm to our network.
6. Refund exclusion for customized or enterprise-grade configurations:
Custom VPS setups, dedicated infrastructure, or high-availability clusters built to client specification are excluded from refunds once deployment begins. These configurations involve procurement of physical or virtual resources on demand and incur provisioning costs that are non-recoverable. The client acknowledges full financial responsibility for such custom orders.
7. If any third-party service integration has been provisioned:
Once external integrations (for example, Google Workspace, Cloudflare Enterprise, Imunify360 license, or LiteSpeed Enterprise add-ons) are activated, refunds cannot be processed. These services bill the company instantly upon activation, and those charges cannot be reversed or credited back by the vendor.
8. Refund exclusion for chargebacks and payment reversals:
If a client initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with the payment processor without first contacting our billing team, the account will be permanently ineligible for refund consideration. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent activity under RBI and payment-gateway regulations, and such actions lead to immediate suspension and blacklisting of the related client account.
9. Abuse of refund policy or excessive claims:
Customers who repeatedly purchase and cancel services in short intervals, attempt multiple refund claims across accounts, or misuse trial programs will be denied further refund eligibility. This measure ensures fair treatment for legitimate clients while protecting operational resources from exploitation.
10. Situations beyond company control:
Refunds are not applicable in cases of natural disasters, datacenter outages, upstream carrier failures, DDoS attacks, or other force-majeure circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control. Our responsibility is limited to service restoration and not monetary compensation for such uncontrollable events.
These non-refundable conditions are integral to maintaining the stability and sustainability of TrustedHosting.in’s hosting environment. Each clause is backed by cost-commitment obligations to vendors, licensors, and infrastructure partners. Customers are strongly advised to review all service inclusions, promotions, and add-ons before purchase. By completing an order, you expressly acknowledge that certain elements of your plan may render it non-refundable once provisioned or activated.
TrustedHosting.in may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional cases where a genuine service-level issue exists and may offer partial credit or compensation in lieu of a refund. Such cases, however, are handled individually and do not set any precedent or general right to refund under these non-refundable conditions.
By maintaining these restrictions, TrustedHosting.in ensures fairness, compliance, and accountability across all customer accounts while protecting infrastructure costs and third-party licensing commitments. This clause remains legally enforceable and supersedes any contradictory verbal or informal statement regarding refund expectations.
